We have been collaborating for over thirty years with manufacturers of lifting equipment: this has allowed us to specialise in designing and manufacturing of hydraulic stabilisers, hydraulic cylinders and slewing rings for various types of aerial and telescopic platforms, crane for trucks and forklifts.

For more than 30 years we have been producing hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic stabilisers, base bearings and turntables for major manufacturers of truck-mounted aerial platforms, self-propelled tracked aerial platforms and spiders, self-propelled platforms and truck-mounted lifting cranes.

Over the years, we have developed specific solutions, such as lightened hydraulic cylinders, which are the result of our technical team’s experience and in-depth knowledge of the sector.

Excellent weldings

Welding is the heart of our production process and is organized in four distinct departments, each specialized in the processes managed internally, both for plants and for the skills of the welders.

90% of the welding processes are performed on latest generation robotic islands, which guarantee very high machining precision. We also have a team dedicated to MAG welding and TIG welding for the most delicate and complex processes, which require experience and special attention.

All weldings are performed by qualified operators UNI EN ISO 9606 and 14732 strictly following the UNI EN 15607 and 15614 standards.

Product research and innovation

Product research has always been very important to us, because it allows us to feed our curiosity, our ingenuity and to learn new things every day.

For many years we have been designing components that can best integrate with the electronics of the equipment, to provide an increasingly complete product in synergy with our customers’ equipment and machinery.

We design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic stabilisers with internal braking systems to reduce the opening or closing speed of the cylinder.

The design research and the use of specific materials allows, with the same performance, a significant reduction in the weight of the cylinder. We have been designing lightened hydraulic cylinders for several years for applications where the weight of each single component becomes a crucial parameter.

We design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic stabilisers with optical sensors, inductive sensors and magnetostrictive sensors to remotely control the stroke position.
