Welding is the heart of our production process and is organized in four distinct departments, each specialized in the processes managed internally, both for plants and for the skills of the welders.
90% of the welding processes are performed on latest generation robotic islands, which guarantee very high machining precision. We also have a team dedicated to MAG welding and TIG welding for the most delicate and complex processes, which require experience and special attention.
All weldings are performed by qualified operators UNI EN ISO 9606 and 14732 strictly following the UNI EN 15607 and 15614 standards.

To ensure maximum reliability over time, we only use high-quality and high-strength steels, such as hardened C50, tempered C45 or 42CrMo4 and are tested on a salt spray test bench up to 1500h rating 9.
On machines exposed to dust or particular climatic situations, we agree with customers on the application of specific additional treatments to better protect every detail of the component.
The painting processes are carried out internally and are subjected to in-process checks that verify the hue, hardness, thickness, gloss and adherence of the enamel to the product. Specific and destructive resistance checks are then performed, such as salt spray resistance which is tested on an internal test bench.
