The resource will initially be placed within the export office and will be responsible for the following activities
researching and identifying new customers through a careful study of the market (Europe, focus on German-language markets)
pre and post sales management of assigned customers
mapping commercial activity in CRM
negotiation and formulation of commercial offers in coordination with sales management
back office and customer service activities
sales reporting and monitoring
Once he/she has achieved the necessary autonomy, he/she will hold the position of Junior Area Manager and will support the Senior Area Manager in the management and development of sales activities with trips to the territory of competence and presence at trade fairs
The profile is completed by
Excellent knowledge of German and English LIV C2
Diploma or three-year degree (linguistic or economic disciplines); profiles with a different university education, but with a marked commercial inclination, are also considered
Minimum experience in a similar position in an engineering company is an advantage
Good negotiating, interpersonal and analytical skills.
