Design and production flexibility is the guiding principle with which we support our clients in the sector to identify innovative and effective solutions.
We communicate with our customers daily, understanding their needs, and offering expert advice for tailor made solutions.
We are happy to participate in the early stages of product development or to pick up and expand on customer projects. We adapt to you and your needs.
Rima hydraulic stabilisers can be configured or equipped with positioning sensors that send a signal when the stabiliser is open, in stabilisation position, and when it is closed, in road circulation position.
Thanks to an internal design system, the sensor can be entirely internal, remaining protected by the galvanised cover of the stabiliser without causing any external encumbrance
During the definition phase of hydraulic cylinder parameters, a customised lifting capacity can be specified based on application requirements.
In this same phase, we also typically define the type and parameters of testing, the necessary safety valve type, product compliance with industry-specific safety standards, the working temperature of the stabiliser, and any specific safety requirements.
For most of our clients, we create stabilisers with a ready-to-mount customised anchoring system, often designing flexible systems that facilitate the jack assembly for more accurate and adaptable maintenance.
The key design elements of our parking jacks are safety and durability. RIMA tubes are sized to withstand loads, adapting to the operating environment, and ensuring the long-term performance of the stabiliser.
It is possible to customise tube dimensions and add accessories to enhance durability, or incorporate internal anti-grip systems that reduce play while ensuring smooth movement between the tubes.
Round, square, fixed, articulated, tilting, with roller, with wheels, with handles, with reinforcements or other supports.
We can customise the stabiliser in every detail and make it exactly as you need it. We can participate in initial phases of design or develop the component starting from your project.
Upon request, jacks can be designed, manufactured and tested according to the safety standards, such as EN ISO 12140 and 4254.
Ma non solo. We have been manufacturing support feet for the agricultural, logistics, ecology, lifting, forestry and construction sectors for fifty years with an internal structure for design, manufacture and testing as per sectors’ safety standards

We use state-of-the-art technology to protect our products and provide finished components ready for assembly on our customers’ machinery and equipment.
From hot dip galvanising to cataphoresis to the application of primers alone, we are structured to study, apply and test the most appropriate and effective treatment for our customers’ different projects, thanks to the variety of treatments and tools for testing treatment performance.
We manufacture our own cylinders in our Hydraulic Division.
All parts and components undergo two complete wash cycles and are completed by stamping each piece with the batch number for traceability. Our cylinders are also tested at various stages of the manufacturing process.
