Since 1996, we have specialised in the design, production and testing of single and double acting linear hydraulic actuators for lifting, ecology, construction, logistics and agriculture.

Our sales, technical and production departments have been structured and equipped with flexible technologies to handle the analysis, research and production of new and specific projects every day based on customer demands and needs.

Each cylinder can be customised in every detail and arranged or equipped with safety valves, linear sensors or optical sensors for automatic and safe stabilisation of the machinery as well as reinforcements and anchoring systems or other customisations and options.

Stabilising cylinders

We produce stabilising cylinders for major manufacturers of aerial platforms and lifting equipment, concrete pumps and construction machinery, compactors and waste collection machines, and many other equipment requiring reliability, safety and flexibility in stabilisation.

We supply bare stabiliser cylinders or hydraulic stabilisers complete with square tubes to protect the cylinder, also available in a standard range.

Every day we collaborate with our customers, give them advice and learn more about their needs in order to be able to realise customised stabiliser cylinders and study tailor-made services for each of them.

Where lightweight requirements are required, we develop solutions that utilise and maximise material properties and component technology to minimise cylinder weight while maintaining quality and durability performance.

Cylinders with positioning sensor

The integration of our hydraulic cylinders with the electronics of our customers’ machines has been a central theme for many years now.

We develop hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic stabilisers integrated or prepared for the subsequent integration of inductive, magnetostrictive linear sensors and point or absolute optical sensors.

We collaborate with leading European sensor manufacturers to ensure maximum sensor reliability and flexibility in spare parts management.

Inductive sensors allow the stroke position to be checked near the cylinder ends.

Magnetostrictive sensors are suitable for when precise stroke measurement is required at all times.

Cylinders with magnetostrictive linear sensor

Optical sensors ensure precise measurement of the stroke at all times by reading a code on the stem. It is particularly recommended when it is not advisable to drill the stem to ensure greater resistance.

Cylinders with point or absolute optical sensor

We design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders with integrated braking systems to attenuate the speed at the start of the stroke, at the end of the stroke or in both positions.

We develop these cylinders for customers in the lifting, ecology and logistics sectors and in all cases where is required a gradual deceleration of the cylinder to avoid sudden movements of the equipment.

We offer different braking and damping systems depending on application, functionality, cylinder size and performance.
