Purpose of Processing

The personal data provided via this form (name, surname, email address, company, phone number and any other information included in the message) will be processed for the following purposes:

• to respond to enquiries submitted via the form;

• to perform aggregated and non-identifiable statistical analysis;

• to store the data in the company’s CRM system until a deletion request is received;

• subject to explicit consent, to send promotional communications and newsletters relating to RIMA S.p.A. products, services and events.

Legal Basis for Processing

• The performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);

• The legitimate interest of the Controller for statistical purposes (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR);

Data Retention

The data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to the request and will subsequently be stored in the company’s CRM system, unless a deletion request is submitted by the data subject.

Providing personal data is optional, but necessary to receive a response. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to follow up on the request.

Data Recipients

The data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties and will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
