We use state-of-the-art technology to protect our products and provide finished components ready for assembly on our customers’ machinery and equipment.
From hot dip galvanising to cataphoresis to the application of primers alone, we are structured to study, apply and test the most appropriate and effective treatment for our customers’ different projects, thanks to the variety of treatments and tools for testing treatment performance.
Industrial painting is carried out at our factory on a state-of-the-art robotised plant, while we outsource hot dip galvanising, electrolytic galvanising and cataphoresis processes to specialised partners who perform the treatment in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures.
Industrial painting offers excellent surface protection and great flexibility in terms of customisation.
Products are painted at our factory on automated plant that provides a steel pre-treatment with 7 degreasing and washing phases, application of primer and enamel according to RAL, thickness, gloss and details that can be customised from the specifications.
On equipment exposed to corrosive substances or special climatic situations, we agree with customers on the application of specific treatments to best protect every detail of the product.
Our painting procedures follow a series of in-process checks to verify hue, hardness, thickness, gloss, and adherence to the product. We also carry out specific and destructive resistance tests uch as salt spray resistance on our in house testing bench.
Hot dip galvanizing is a steel coating process with a protective Fe-Zn surface alloy that is long-lasting and highly resistant to corrosion. The procedure is entrusted to a specialised partner who carries out and verifies the treatment in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 1461 standard.
Due to the nature of the process, the hot dip galvanizing treatment tends to alter material thickness, couplings and threads and is not suitable for all products. For restrictions please ask to our technical sales team.
The electrolytic galvanising treatment protects the steel surface by depositing a layer of zinc. Unlike hot dip galvanizing, it is also suitable for protecting products with smaller holes, threads or couplings.
We entrust the process to a specialized supply partner, who follows the Fe / Zn8 / A and UNI EN ISO 2081 standards.
Initially used mainly in the automotive market, the Cataphoresis treatment (KTL) offers a surface coating with high corrosion resistance for all types of metal products.
Cataphoresis reduced thickness, excellent adhesion and resistance makes it a polyvalent coat that can be used both as primer as well as a final coat. The procedure is outsourced to a qualified partner that carries out and verifies the treatment in compliance with standards and procedures.
Design and production flexibility is the guiding key with which we work alongside customers in the sector to identify innovative and effective solutions.
Every day we collaborate with our customers, give them advice and learn more about their needs in order to create customised products and tailor services for each of them.
We are happy to participate in the early stages of product development or to pick up and expand on customer projects. We adapt to you and your needs.
